A fun day in Damascus

It is strange how fast a zero day, which in theory should be relaxing becomes a busy to do list.

I was able to get a lot done! I opened an amazing thoughtful package from my parents. Thanks for all the awesome food and for the time and energy spent getting  the box ready. I am so excited about my new tent and sleeping pad! I also purchased new shoes.. I am leaving this town with a new set up!

I enjoyed some good local eats. I had the opportunity to get caught up with several friends and even set up a place on the trail to meet my Uncle Craig! Wahooo
At the hostel all hikers staying decided to create a potluck for dinner. We had some good times conversing in the kitchen and around the grill!

Wishing you all a wonderful Easter!
The trail goes right through the town!
A game of corn hole at the local brewery with clencher, saint and rebel yell.
What a cool AT mug
Breakfast at woodchuck hostel
My mail drop came. Excited
Prepping for the 10 day rain forecast
